Day 3*

woke up at 7:30 a.m. today via alarm clock. Going to start waking up at 6 a.m. And want to start sleeping at 10 p.m. max So if I do stick to that, it’ll be like 8 hours of sleep. Good enough, right?

Anyway, ~~ Breakfast ~~ : 1 liter water, and orange juice/mixed with frozen fresh mangos & organic cane sugar. {{845 cals}} Good enough. 

~~ Lunch ~~ : 1 liter lemon infused water, medjool date/apple smoothie {{900 cals}}

~~ dinner ~~ : 1 liter water, chopped lettuce with steamed rice and mixed veggies with green curry? idk yet.
